1. It is your responsibility to check that the Bet instructions you submit are correct before confirming the Bet. Betway reserves the right to refuse placement of any Bet for any reason.
2. All Jackpot games are owned and operated by Betway. By using any Jackpot game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below which constitute a binding contract between you and Betway. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the General Terms and Conditions these terms and conditions shall control as they apply to your use of such Jackpot game.
3. Betway may, in its sole and absolute discretion, decide to suspend betting on a game at any time. Betway also reserves the right to void a game in its entirety or any Leg(s) or Bet(s): to correct any obvious errors; to maintain integrity and fairness in the Jackpot games; if there has been a change to the format or events within a game; or if it believes any Bet has been placed in contravention of these Terms of Play or of the rules of a sports governing body or other relevant professional body.
4. Players may choose to place one or more Bets, each consisting of a minimum of at least one selection in each Leg (e.g. Arsenal to beat Aston Villa by ‘Other Home Win’ (i.e. a home win by a score not otherwise listed on the coupon), Liverpool to beat Newcastle 3-2, and Chelsea and Everton to draw 1-1). Each Bet is identified with a unique reference number when the Bet is accepted.
5. In the event that the main prize is won by multiple players, the prize pool will be split equally. Please note that winners may be from different regions depending on the jackpot. This does not apply to consolation prizes. Consolation prizes are paid out in full to all winners.
6. In the event of any uncertainty about any official result, Betway reserves the right to suspend settlement of any game until the uncertainty can be resolved to its reasonable satisfaction.

7. All Participants participate entirely at their own risk. By reading these terms and conditions and participating in the promotion, the Participant gives consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoter, their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries, and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the Promotion and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries or losses are sustained as a result of gross negligence or willful misconduct of any of the Promoter.
8. Betway reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a game if it has been settled in error (for example, a human or technical error). If Betway resettles a game, this may lead to amendments being made to Players’ Account balances to reflect changes in game settlement.
9. The Legs in any Game Period shall be selected by Betway acting at its discretion.

The 50% Free Bet is only valid provided:

• The customer is newly registered to the Betway platform.

Definitions:

Betway Account: This is the account that you registered with Betway. This account will consist of both your Cash balance and your Free Bet balance.

Free Bet: Betway runs various promotions which may offer “Free Bets.” Any Free Bet that you qualify for will be added to your Free Bet balance, and can be used to place wagers.

Cash: This balance is the cash in your Betway Account, and can be used to place wagers.

1. A Free Bet can only be used to place wagers, and cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged. Any available Free Bet balance cannot be withdrawn.
2. Betway’s general Terms and Conditions shall apply to all interactions with Betway, and must be read in conjunction with all other terms and conditions relating to promotions. In the event of a conflict between these Free Bet Terms and Conditions and Betway’s general Terms and Conditions, Betway’s general Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
3. A Free Bet is available for a maximum of 180 days from the date that the Free Bet was credited to your Betway Account. If not used, your Free Bet will automatically expire after 180 days and will be removed from your Betway Account (unless specified otherwise in specific promotional terms).
4. Any Free Bet balance must be used in its entirety as a single bet. This single bet can include single selections or multiple selections in one bet.
5. Should the Free Bet be placed on a selection that is later voided, the original Bonus Bet wagered amount will be returned to the your Betway Account.
6. The Free Bet is non-refundable and the Free Bet wagered amount is not included in any winnings. Only the winnings will be paid to your Betway Account.
7. The maximum return on any Free Bet is GHS 150,000.00
8. If you make a withdrawal, any Free Bet balance you have available will be forfeited.
9. Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. Using a combination of bets which include both a Free Bet and Cash on the same event to place equal, zero or low margin or hedge bets, shall all be considered irregular gaming for Free bet requirement purposes. In the interests of fair gaming, should Betway deem that irregular game play has occurred, we reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
10. Your total account balance consists of a Cash balance and a Free Bet balance. Withdrawals cannot be made from the Free Bet balance, but the Free Bet balance can be used to place wagers.
11. This offer is only available to accounts opened after 07 July 2021
12. Players who registered prior to 07 July 2021 will be bound to the preceding Welcome Offer terms and conditions.
13. Betway reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without cause or notice.

Terms and conditions of the promotion

1. A valid Betway account is required to participate in this promotion.
2. Boosted winnings apply to cash wagers on pre-game selections only.
3. The Win Boost is calculated on multiple bets with two or more selections.
4. The boost starts from 3% (for two events) and it increases as you add more selections to the betslip, up to 1000%. The more selections you add to your betslip, the bigger your Win Boost.
5. Minimum odds of 1.2 are required for each leg in the Multi Bet betslip.
6. Only legs with qualifying minimum odds will be counted towards the boost tiers. Non-qualifying legs will not be counted.
7. Upon settlement, boosted winnings will be credited to your account as cash.
8. Total return (potential return + win boost) on winning bets cannot exceed a maximum of GHS 1 million.
9. Single Bets as well as Outright and Tournament bets are not eligible for boosted winnings.
10. Any betting markets that can either result in the customer having their stake returned or generate a partial win are excluded from boosted winnings e.g. Draw No Bet.
11. If selections are cancelled or voided, only the remaining qualifying selections will be eligible for the Win Boost. The remaining selection must meet the minimum odds and number of bets required to be awarded a Win Boost. The actual boost awarded can therefore be different to the boost amount stated in the original betslip.
12. Win Boosts are automatically shown in your betslip, if you do not see a Win Boost, then you do not qualify. No manual adding of boosts will be done.
13. Should you take an early cash out option on your betslip, your Win Boost will be forfeited.
14. We reserve the right to monitor all customer activity for cheating, irregular play and bad faith. All such activity is prohibited and may result in the immediate dismissal from any promotion.
